bGATE Token Whitepaper & Terms
Last updated: July 2026
1. Executive Summary
bGATE is a sustainable, asset-backed cryptocurrency ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance and Web3. The bGATE token is backed by real-world assets including income-generating waste-to-energy plants and renewable commodities, providing intrinsic value and stability. This Whitepaper outlines the tokenomics, utility, governance, and legal framework governing the bGATE ecosystem.
2. Token Utility & Use Cases
The bGATE token serves multiple functions within the ecosystem: (a) Medium of exchange for payments and transactions, (b) Staking and yield generation, (c) Governance voting rights, (d) Access to premium features, (e) Collateral for DeFi protocols, and (f) Rewards and loyalty incentives.
3. Tokenomics & Supply
Total supply is capped at 1 billion tokens. Allocation: 40% Public Sale, 20% Ecosystem Development, 15% Team (vested 4 years), 10% Reserve, 10% Marketing, 5% Advisors. All token distributions follow a transparent, on-chain emission schedule.
4. Asset Backing & Reserves
Every bGATE token is backed by verified real-world assets held in a transparent reserve. Quarterly audits by independent third-party firms ensure the backing ratio remains at or above 100%. Reserve assets include renewable energy infrastructure, commodity holdings, and stablecoin reserves.
5. Governance & DAO
bGATE employs a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) structure where token holders propose and vote on protocol changes, treasury allocations, and strategic initiatives. Each token represents one vote, with quorum requirements and time-lock controls for security.
6. Security & Audits
All smart contracts are audited by leading Web3 security firms. The platform employs multi-signature wallets, timelock controllers, and continuous monitoring. Bug bounty programs are maintained to ensure ongoing security.
